Overview
Shore Carpentry is a carpentry business working across the Central Coast, taking on everything from decks and pergolas to renovations and fit-outs.
The brief was straightforward: a website that looks like the quality of the work, and that shows up when someone nearby searches for a carpenter.
The challenge
Word of mouth was doing the heavy lifting, which meant enquiries came in waves rather than steadily.
There was no clear online presence to point people to, and no visibility for the searches happening every day across the Central Coast.
The approach
We started with the services worth winning and the areas worth covering, then built the site structure around those before any design work began.
Each service earned its own page so it could rank on its own terms, with area pages layered on top for local search.
Website build
A fast, mobile-first build with photography of real work rather than stock imagery.
Clear service pages, a simple quote and enquiry system, and calls to action placed where people naturally make a decision.
Navigation kept short and obvious, because most visitors arrive on a phone with a specific job in mind.
SEO and digital strategy
Keyword and competitor research across Central Coast carpentry searches.
Service and location page architecture designed to expand over time.
Technical foundations: clean URLs, structured data, sitemap, internal linking and Search Console monitoring.
Google Business Profile aligned with the site's services and areas.

Outcome
Shore Carpentry now has a site that represents the standard of its work, a structure Google can read clearly, and a foundation that can grow as new services and areas are added.
